TheForce.net : huge collection of everything Star Wars, updated daily, kick ass news department, huge fan fiction, fan film, and fan art sections....just really freeking big, basically.
Jedinet.com : the same as above, though thier multimedia section is better.
LMS : Really nicely put together site, especially for those Luke and Mara fans (such as myself, obviously) and a nice set of links to more Luke and (mostly) Mara sites. (Update: I don't think they're updating anymore, but the site is being left up).
You Could Use Another Good Kiss : Nice fan-zine of Han/Leia fiction, with some nice artwork and good links to other Han/Leia stuff.
